You will need: 1 pound of all purpose flour, 1 cup of butter milk, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 tea spoon of dry yeast and 1 tea spoon of salt.

Sprinkle dry yeast into the buttermilk and add it to the other ingredients, mix and make dough. Put the dough into well-greased plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for a day. Make small balls and let them rise for 20 minutes at room temperature. Fry them in lard or oil. After they are done, you may glaze them with garlic butter. They really taste good with roasted duck or a goose accompanied with a bottle of white wine.
